Job Description

  • Supervise on-site civil works, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Review, interpret, and validate civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
  • Identify and resolve technical or construction-related issues promptly.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide accurate daily and weekly site reports.
  • Support quality assurance and health & safety enforcement on site.
  • Assist in verifying contractor’s work and validating quantities for payment certification.
  • Ensure that project timelines, standards, and budgets are maintained.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in project construction and site supervision.
  • Strong command of construction methods and engineering standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering design software.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under challenging site conditions and adapt to extended work hours.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • COREN registration (preferred).
