Job Description

  • Carry out technical checks, reviews, and assessments of documents submitted by the contractor.
  • Review technical comments and coordinate with site supervisors on updated and revised drawings.
  • Manage and organize project documents and drawings using cloud-based platforms.
  • Provide effective site supervision to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
  • Support coordination between design, supervision, and construction teams.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues arising during construction.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting of site and technical activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in project construction and site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, procedures, and engineering standards.
  • Good knowledge of document control and cloud-based project management systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under challenging site conditions and adapt to extended work hours.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
