The role involves supervising various S&T activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project standards, specifications, and safety regulations, and fostering close cooperation with the project team. Job Description

• Supervise on-site construction and installation activities according to approved standards and specifications.
• Review and verify relevant drawings and installation procedures.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including documentation of non-conformances and challenges.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams and stakeholders for the smooth execution of activities.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to health & safety regulations on site.
• Identify and report on time various technical and construction-related challenges.
• Be prepared to perform assignments in challenging site conditions and various working environments.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering: Railway Signaling, Telecommunication, Control Systems, Electrical/Electronic, or related disciplines.
• Membership or registration with a relevant professional engineering body (e.g. COREN, NSE) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in project construction and site supervision.
• Strong command of construction methods and engineering standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering design software (or programming languages).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and accept responsibility.
• Ability to thrive under challenging site conditions and adapt to extended work hours
