Job Description

  • Review of the design prepared by the Contractor, to verify the architectural, structural and MEP compliance of the functional spaces of the station and other railway buildings in compliance with international standards and project. requirements. Review of the architectural drawings of the decorations and finishes of the stations and other railway buildings.
  • Ensure integration between the architectural, MEP, structural and urban aspects of the designs.
  • Drafting of technical comments and other necessary documentation to support the design analysis within the established timeline.
  • Coordination and control of the technical comments provided by the disciplines of Architecture, Structural and MEP to ensure an integrated design vetting and the delivery within the established timeline.
  • Drafting of meeting minutes, technical reports, and other documentation necessary for communication with the Contractor, the Client and other stakeholders.
  • Analysis of technical specifications, laboratory tests report and calculation reports on structural and finishing materials.
  • Knowledge of European and British standards regarding accessibility, evacuation and protection of public spaces, quality standards for structural and finishing materials and verification tests.
  • Interact during technical meetings with the Contractor and Clients, when required.
  • Periodic visits to the infrastructure construction sites, in coordination with the work Supervision Team.
  • Creativity and technical background for the integrated and eco-sustainable design of buildings of any kind.


Job Requirements

  • High level of education
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written).
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and sort priorities,
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as negotiating, problem solving, teamworking and knowledge sharing.
  • Proficient use of Autocad, Revit, Excel, Word and Project.
  • Ability to speak in public with confidence and synthesis skills;Ability to interact with Colleagues and contractors.
