T.E.A.M Nigeria Ltd. is seeking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Kazure (Jigawa State) and Zaria (Kaduna State). The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing contractor payment certificates, preparing take-offs from drawings, and reviewing contractor and subcontractor payments. This role requires frequent site visits, precise measurement and documentation of construction activities, and analysis of bills of quantities for earthwork, pavement, permanent way, and structural construction. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in quantity surveying software (Microsoft & Autodesk), and a solid understanding of construction drawings.

Job Description

The job on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at T.E.A.M Nigeria Ltd. located in Kazure and Zaria.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for Assessing Contractor Payment Certificate, preparing Take off from Drawing, Review Contractor and Subcontractor payment.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying
  • Relevant professional certification is a plus​
  • Preparing and Analyzing Bill of Quantities.
  • Follow up and prepare Measurement for earthwork, pavement, permanent way and structure construction
  • Frequent site visit
  • Proper documentation of all site Measurement
  • Having a strong understanding of drawings is crucial
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (Microsoft & Autodesk)
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Minimum of 2 - 7 years of experience.
